Booking & Appointments

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. To book, contact us via WhatsApp on 0310 0099997 or through our website.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee being applied to future bookings.

Refund Policy

Completed treatments are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your treatment outcome, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a complimentary follow-up consultation.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Prepaid treatment packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased. Packages remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Health & Safety

Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or contraindications prior to your treatment. Monét reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not deemed safe for the client.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing your appointments and treatment records. We do not share your data with third parties. Full details are available on request.

Children

We love families — however, for the comfort and safety of all clients, we ask that children under 12 are not brought into treatment areas.
